Dear Lord, Divine Mother, we invoke your presence and that of our deceased ancestors from the beginning of time; Avatars; Angels; Guardian Angels; Spirits of the Saints; Holy, Divine and Blessed Beings, and teachers from all lineages, to come and join us as we offer our prayers and our energies so that we can see the Sacred Teachings of Yoga as the thread that unites all religions, all spiritual endeavors, and all forms of worship in a precious garland to be offered at the lotus feet of the Lord. We offer our prayers and our energies for the enlightenment of all sentient beings; for those who are suffering pain in any of its forms; for those who have asked us to keep them in our prayers; for those members of our community who are experiencing serious tribulations at this point, and for Peace and Harmony in the World. Divine Mother, help us so that today all our actions become an act of worship; help us to learn how to love and express our gratitude properly to God and keep our resolutions for today. And, let’s remember Christ’s saying: ‘When two or more of you are gathered together in my name, I will be in the midst of you.’ The community expresses its intentions and petitions, and then we start Japa with the Ganesha Mantra.

BUDDHIST CHANT OM MANI PADME HUM Hail! the Jewel in the Lotus.(repeated 3 times)
We will honor those who deny the existence of God, but whose thoughts, words and actions are a reflection of the principles laid down in the one law the law of love from which all naturalspiritual and cosmic laws originate. We say this prayer for all members of this faith, specially
for those who do not THE PRAYER OF SAINT FRANCIS Lord, Make me an instrument of Thy peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love; Where there is injury, pardon; Where there is doubt, faith; Where there is despair, hope; Where there is darkness, light; And where there is sadness, joy. O Divine Master Grant that I may not so much seek To be consoled as to console; To be understood as to understand; To be loved, as to love. For it is in giving that we receive; It is in pardoning that we are pardoned; And it is in dying that we are born To eternal life.
IMAGINE by John Lennon Angels: Imagine this is heaven* No hell below us Above us clean, blue sky* Imagine all the people Living for today Frogs: Imagine there’s no countries It isn’t hard to do Nothing to kill or die for And true religion too* Imagine all the people Angels: You could say that I'm a dreamer, Frogs: Imagine no possessions I wonder if you can No need for greed or hunger Just love for humankind Imagine all the people
*Vyasa adapted these lines from the original. Regarding ‘true religion’ he says, "This change in lyrics reflects our belief that it is not religion that causes war; true religion connects us with God, the true source of Peace. It is the manipulation of people by war ‘leaders’ through the corruption of religious ideals that connects religion to war." ___________________________________________________________
Now we will honor all religions that we have not mentioned, all spiritual endeavors, and all forms of worship, by saying: The Great Invocation
We say this prayer for all members of this faith, especially
for those who do not see:
From the point of Light within the Mind of God Let light stream forth into the minds of men Let Light descend on Earth. From the point of Love within the Heart of God Let Love stream forth into the hearts of men. May Christ Consciousness return to
Earth. From the center where the Will of God is known Let purpose guide the little wills of men The purpose which the Masters know and serve.
Let the Plan of Love and Light work out And may it seal the door where evil dwells. Let Light and Love and Power restore the Plan on Earth.
